What is not Breadcrumb?

Breadcrumb is and will not be a platform to search for apartments. There are many tools in the market that focus on searching.

Who is Breadcrumb?

We're a small group renters. We are investing our time and money to provide information to other renters who struggled when finding the right place to live. Signing a lease is for a year+, best to make that count!

Why write a Breadcrumb Review?

Because it can help the next renter understand what is like to live in your old apartment, building, or neighborhood. With each review, the community grows and believes what we stand for: Honest and Comprehensive Apartment Reviews.

How does Breadcrumb make money?

The truth is, we currently do not, but we welcome your support. We do have some features in the roadmap you might find valuable and can keep this project running.

Do we work with Brokers, Management Companies or Landlords?

We do not. As renters our focus is growing the renting community.
